The Club Scrap July technique challenge was Watercolor Window Frame, combining stamping and watercolor pencils and a waterbrush. This techniques lends itself to lots of kinds of cards, and I know I will be coming back to it and using it again. I added sequins which was the Ways to Use It challenge this week on Splitcoast Stampers.
