The One Layer Wednesday challenge has returned, and this week it was to make a baby card using only one layer. There seems to be a baby boom going on right now so I know that this card will be leaving my house soon! I used the watercolor on acrylic bock technique for the background squares.

A wonderful card!!! I need to play with inking my blocks again and even get out all my shadow stamps I haven't used in years.
